In the event of cancellation: (less than 48 hours’ notice)
• By the Tourist Office or the service provider: a new date for the activity will be proposed to the client. If the activity cannot be postponed, the client will receive a full refund.
• By the customer: no postponement or refund will be made (unless proposed by the service provider), except under extreme circumstances such as serious accident or illness, and on presentation of a medical certificate.
• Certain activities may be cancelled in the case of closure of forest massifs by local authorities, or in the event of bad weather conditions.
